Install mobile app

Operating system

  • iOS 14, 13 and 12

Hardware

  • All iPad models (including iPad Pro) except iPad 1 and iPad 2
  • A working network or Internet connection to connect to servers
  • An Apple App Store account (to download and install Citrix Workspace App)
  • A Raven user account

Installing the Citrix Workspace app

  1. Download the Citrix Workspace app from the App Store.
     
  2. Open the app and tap Get Started:

  3. Enter anywhere.cam.ac.uk for the Store URL and click Continue:

  4. You will be redirected to the University of Cambridge login screen.

    Log in with your CRSid@cam.ac.uk email address...

    iPad 3

    ...and Raven password:

    iPad 4
     

  5. If you are using two factor authentication, enter your verification code and tap Verify:

  6. Choose whether or not to stay signed in:

    iPad 6
     

  7. Choose whether or not to allow notifications:

    iPad 6a
     

  8. You will now see the Citrix Workspace Home screen:
