Requesting a New PC

New computer requests, whether for a new requirement or an upgrade, must come from your line manager. This ensures we can receive confirmation of the order and proceed as quickly as possible. You will need to contact us with the type of computer needed (for example, we offer a range of laptops depending on the size/weight required), details of the current PC, the primary user and any specific requirements.

We will then provide a quote to fulfil your requirements. We aim to deliver new computers as soon as possible, but this can in some cases take up to 2 weeks due to stock levels, availability and demand. The computer will be delivered with all necessary software installed.

When a laptop is being purchased, an email will be sent to the end user with details of their local account and maintenance procedures.
