Devices to assist with RSI or disabilities

If you are suffering from RSI or any other disability that affects your ability to operate your computer, we are happy to assist whenever possible. In the first instance you should contact Occupational Health for an assessment and they should be able to recommend a solution which we will endeavour to implement for you. You can also contact the Disability Resource Centre, who can also offer advice about how you needs can be accommodated.

The cost of any hardware or software required to fulfil your needs is the responsibility of your department, but the UIS will be happy to assist you in finding and purchasing equipment to fit your needs.
