Why doesn't my Raven password work with Booker?

Should Booker not recognise your Raven password when trying to log in to the system it is a case of re-syncing the password.

Navigate to the Raven password management portal within the UIS web pages:

https://password.csx.cam.ac.uk/

Bullet2

Select to change your password, re-enter your current Raven password. There is not a requirement to change your password.

Click to save.

Bullet 3

This will now re-sync the password to Booker & you will be able to log into the system.
