How do I add a new user?


Navigate to Data Management & the Users tab

Click the blue 'Add User' button

Add User

The new user form will appear

Complete all the fields on the form & click 'Create User' to finish the process. Please take note with following fields:

Email: this is always in the format

External Authentication: this should be ticked for all users
