How do I add setup & take down time to a room?

From the home screen, access the drop-down menu by clicking the arrow next to the profile icon in the top-right of the screen, and select 'Data Management':

Ensure that you are on the 'Rooms' tab:

Locate the room you wish add the setup & take down time to and click the pencil icon on the right-hand side of the screen:

The edit room form will appear. In the bottom left hand side of this form you will see the setup & take down options:

Enter values into each of these boxes & then Booker will apply this to bookings where layout changes are requested.
