How do I add a new Custodian?


Navigate to Data Management & the Users tab

Users Tab

Click the blue 'Add User' button

Add User


The new user form will appear

Complete all the fields on the form selecting 'Custodian' from the Role drop down list. Please take note with the following fields:

Email: this is always in the form

External Authentication: this should be ticked for all users

Click 'Create User' to complete creation.

Navigate to the Buildings tab

Buildings tab

Click the pencil icon next to your building and the Edit Building form will appear

In the Custodians drop-down list select the user you created in step 2.

Press 'Update Building' to complete the process.
