Testing Raven

The best way to test whether a user's Raven access is working is to attempt to log into the University Lookup Directory, which is open to all Raven users.

Raven offers multiple sign-in technologies. You can test Raven SAML 2.0 using a public SAML 2.0 test page, which offers helpful debugging feedback.

Not all Raven accounts have access to the University Library's electronic resources. To determine if your account has access to library resources, sign in to that page and check if the 'urn:oid:1.3.6.1.4.1.5923.1.1.1.9' attribute on that page has 'member@eresources.lib.cam.ac.uk'.

Wireless service maintenance 08:00–09:00 Tuesday 9 March

The University Wireless Service will be undergoing maintenance between 08:00 and 09.00 on Tuesday 9 March. During this period, users may experience interrupted service to eduroam, the UniOfCam guest system, the UniOfCam-IoT system and local SSIDs.

CHRIS, ESS and UPS unavailable all day on Thursday 4 March

CHRIS, Employee Self-Service (ESS) and the University Payment System (UPS) will be unavailable all day on Thursday 4 March while we install the latest upgrade to the CHRIS system.
