Go to the IT self-service portal at https://help.it.cam.ac.uk/portal and sign in with your University IT account.
Subscribe to service alerts either through Subscribe to Service Alerts or via the Service Status page.
You can also unsubscribe from service alerts.
Subscribe to Service Alerts by email
Select the "Subscribe to Service Alerts" link in the top menu.
Select the service you want to subscribe to in the dropdown list or start typing the name of the service.
Service Status page
Select the "Service Status" link in the top menu.
Select the service you're interested in.
Click on the "I want to subscribe to notifications for this service" button.
Unsubscribing from status service alerts
Once you are subscribed to a service, you can unsubscribe via the service page. Click on the "Unsubscribe from this service" button.
