Upgrades to Point-of-Presence switch firmware 7–15 December

Raven SAML 2.0 service changes on Tuesday 8 December

We're making changes to the Raven SAML 2.0 service on Tuesday 8 December that will affect the information it releases when you use it to sign in to websites. No new information is being released, but IT staff who run sites that use the 'sign in with Raven' functionality may need to be aware of changes to email address attributes.

Wireless Service maintenance 07:30–08:00 Tuesday 15 September

The University Wireless Service will be undergoing maintenance between 07:30 and 08:00 on Tuesday 15 September while we apply an essential software upgrade. During this period, users may experience interruptions when attempting to connect to eduroam, the UniOfCam guest system, the UniOfCam-IoT system and local SSIDs. Established connections should be unaffected.

The University Wireless Service will be undergoing essential maintenance between 08:00 and 09.00 on Monday 19 April, in order to apply an urgent security patch.

UDN distribution router restarts during 14–22 April 2021

Line cards on the UDN distribution routers will be restarted on the following dates in April 2021 so that we can reconfigure a port operating mode in preparation for the UDN 40GE backbone upgrade.
