UIS will be closed from 12:30 on Wednesday 24 December 2025 until 08:30 on Friday 2 January 2026.

Our Service Desk will continue to provide 24/7 support for the most common enquiries throughout the holiday period via live text chat. Find out more about how to contact us.

In the event of a major IT incident, the UIS crisis management team will work within the framework of the University Major Incident Plan to decide if intervention is required before 2 January. If you believe a situation requires intervention, please contact University Security for escalation to the University Silver Team.
