last modified Dec 13, 2019 04:45 PM
UIS, including the UIS Service Desk and Reception in the Roger Needham Building will be closed for Christmas and New Year from Tuesday 24 December at 17:00. We will re-open on Thursday 2 January 2020 at 08:30. The Service Desk will also be closed, but we have an emergency contact in case you need one.

CUFS shutdown

Please note that the CUFS application will be shut down from 17:00 on Monday 23 December 2019 until 09:00 on Thursday 2 January 2020. If you have any queries about this closure, please contact .

Password resets

Forgotten passwords are a common cause of support requests during the Christmas break. You can avoid this by setting up Raven's self-service password recovery function. Simply nominate a recovery email address or mobile phone number (or both) and you can reset your password at any time via the Raven Password Management site.

Emergency contact

If you need to speak to us urgently, contact Steve Hoensch, Head of Front Line Services.
