Panopto will be unavailable for up to 4 hours from 22:00 on Saturday 8 January 2022 while it is upgraded. During this period, you won’t be able to access recordings and any attempt to upload content will result in a "Server unable to connect" message.
You may also notice an impact on Moodle’s performance during this period – particularly on courses that have the Panopto block installed and embedded Panopto content within the course page. Loading times may be slower and the system may be less responsive during the upgrade.
Internet Explorer 11 support coming to an end
Panopto will no longer support Internet Explorer 11 following this upgrade. Users will need to upgrade to one of the latest browsers.
