Panopto will be undergoing an upgrade on Saturday 4 January 2020 from 22:00 and will be unavailable for up to 3 hours. During this downtime, you won't be able to access lecture capture recordings and any attempt to upload will result in a "Server unable to connect" error message.
You may wish to subscribe directly to Panopto's service status page for the latest updates – particularly if you use Panopto regularly.
