IT Help and Support

University Information Services

The University Managed Print Service will be unavailable on Monday 16 March between 7am and 9am.

We will be upgrading the service software.

During this time, multifunction devices will be unresponsive, print job submissions will fail and people will not be able to scan. Other related functions will not work either.

If your multi-function device is unresponsive after 09:00, power off for 10 seconds then try again. If that doesn’t work, contact Service Desk.
