The University Card Service will reopen with a limited service on Wednesday 1 July

last modified Jun 25, 2020 01:58 PM
The University Card Service is preparing to reopen on Wednesday 1 July, following the easing of lockdown restrictions.

We're testing new ways of working that will enable us to provide as much of our normal service as possible while meeting social distancing guidelines.

From 1 July we will again be issuing personal University Cards, but will not be able to accommodate a walk-in service at the Roger Needham Building. Instead, we’ll need to request that suitable photographs of staff and students are provided digitally, and regret that cards cannot be picked up in person.

Please note that delivery of cards may be slower than normal until a full UMS service is available.
