If you have set up your @cam delivery address in Lookup to forward your email to another address

Email sent by other Exchange Online users within the University's Microsoft tenancy will be delivered straight to your Exchange Online mailbox, not to the @cam delivery address you set in Lookup. To ensure all your email gets forwarded, you’ll need to set up the same email forwarding address on your Exchange Online mailbox, too.

How to set up mail forwarding on your Exchange Online mailbox

  1. Open your mailbox in the Outlook Web App
  2. Open the Settings pane – it's the cog icon in the top right of the menu bar:


  3. Click the View all Outlook settings link at the bottom of the tab:


  4. Select the Forwarding tab:


  5. Click the Enable forwarding checkbox:


  6. Type in the email address you want to forward your email to:


  7. Click Save.
