Update Admin/ACN email settings in Outlook (Mac)

Once your email account has been upgraded to Exchange Server 2013, you will need to update Outlook's mail Server settings as follows:

     Office for Mac 2011 is no longer compatible, and Microsoft has withdrawn support.

We recommend upgrading to Office 2016 for Mac as part of Office 365 ProPlus or Office 2016 for Mac, which are available to qualifying University staff.

 

  1. From the main menu, choose Outlook > Preferences:

  2. From the Outlook Preferences pane, choose Accounts:

  3. In the Accounts window, click the Advanced button:

  4. Change the Server field to: mail13.admin.cam.ac.uk
    Click OK.

  5. Close the Accounts window.
