The Microsoft Forms application allows educators to create surveys, quizzes with automatic marking enabled, electronic forms and polls. It's part of the Microsoft 365 for Education service.


What are the benefits?

  • Its integrated into the M365 cloud service.
  • Results are delivered in real time.
  • It is accessible on multiple web browsers and mobile devices.
  • It has in-built analytics to evaluate your responses as they are submitted.
  • You have the ability to export form data to Microsoft Excel.


How do I access it?

 You can access Microsoft Forms via the following mechanism

  • Log in via a web browser using your University School or Work Account (Raven) - Microsoft Forms
