eduroam and RADIUS faults on 6 February 2016

Users of eduroam and other services that use the UIS RADIUS servers may have experienced problems recently and in particular on Saturday 6 February 2016, which should have been cleared by 15:25.

We are aware of an underlying problem on our servers and are investigating a long-term fix. In the meantime we are taking some interim steps to try and ensure that the problem does not cause any further system outages.
