If you are a user of the Norton Internet Security Suite (also known as the Norton 360s), or a similar internet security package you may not be able to see the login page if this software is not working properly, which often will be as a result of malware.
Turning the Norton Firewall off (temporarily) and trying to connect to UniofCam (formerly known as Lapwing) should establish whether this is the problem.
If you can see the login page with the firewall off, then we suggest you run a full antivirus scan of your computer with an up-to-date antivirus product such as McAfee (available free of charge within the University) or similar to ensure your machine is clean. You may also need to reinstall the Norton Internet Security Suite. Consult your local IT support or the Service Desk if you have further problems.
Please remember to re-enable your firewall after testing.
