Troubleshooting your iPhone or iPad

The information here is generic for iPhones and iPads.

If you can't browse the Internet from your iPhone or iPad, try checking these settings,

  • Tap on the Settings icon.

  • Tap on the General setting.

  • Tap on Cellular or Mobile Data.

  • Tap on the Cellular Data Newtork or Mobile Data Network setting.

We need to look at the data settings at the top of the screen.

Use the table below to locate your phone provider and enter the correct information. Then switch your phone off and on again. This should re-register you onto the mobile network and the data connection should work again.

Tesco Mobile (uses the O2 network)

Virgin Mobile (uses the T-Mobile network)

BT Mobile (uses the Vodafone network)
APN: btmobile2.bt.com

ASDA Mobile (uses the Vodafone network)
